I didn’t realize how cheeky the title truly is until I started reading this piece. I’m going to try to explain the basis for the book as concisely as I can. Bear with me, please. So I remembered long ago hearing this idea that organ donor recipients would experience flashes from the donor’s life. Kind of like the idea of zombies eating brains and gaining the memories of the victim. Now apply all that to receiving a blood donation and along with the blood you gained the other persons memories and knowledge. Therefore, thanks for the memories… This author is hilarious. Her cheeky wit has made her one of my newest favorite authors. I’m only halfway through but I’m devouring the writing and catching myself laughing often. I truly hope the ending lives up to the hype…
M. G. So good! What a truly unique romantic comedy! I highly recommend this book and any others Mz. Ahern may have written. Her style is flawless.
