Title: Exposed
I picked up this book because I tend to like books that are endorsed by Harlan Coben. This being one of such it came home with me. So I know I’m just making up genres here but this is what I like to refer to as a cookie cutter book. Meaning it’s (usually) one in a series of books that was written (probably) with a deadline looming in the distance. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes they’re good but usually it’s the same old tired story being recycled with unoriginal names being assigned to the new generation of killers because they needed to slap something into the book because they didn’t have enough time or creativity to come up with something that’s actually good. But hey, they sell so who am I to talk?
Also, my apologies if I judged this book too harshly. Maybe it truly was a stunner but I got the above-named vibe and didn’t get very far into it.
